About Van Sinderen Avenue apartments

Van Sinderen project located in Brooklyn, NY.
The size of the lot is approximately 30,000 square fit.
We have another lot across the street which is about 9, 500 square fit.

For the last year and a half we have been working with Community Board and Housing
Preservation Dept. to develop the site to the benefit and the need of the neighborhood.
Sanit LLC and its architect + Newman Design Group submitted drawings to Housing Preservation Dept and Community Board
regarding the project will have an underground floor with 38 parking spots for the tenants and customers.
There will be also be a mechanical and utility room for the building.
the first floor will be for the commercial stores.
the size of the commercial space is 17,000 sq.ft with an additional 4,500 sq.ft of outdoor parking for customers.
On top of the commercial first floor we will have 5 residential floors with 73 apartments.
The chairman of the community and the district manager from the City of NY showed great interest and support in bringing an outpatient center to this
location.

We would like to develop the site across the street. as i mentioned before the size of the lot is approximately 9500 sq.ft. This site is on the corner of New Lots Ave and Van
Sinderen Ave, near the L train.
